Fingers Crossed Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Fingers Crossed app for iPhone, iPad and Android (the "Application"), made by BossGo Games LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Application you agree to them. They work alongside our Fingers Crossed privacy policy. On the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Playing
Fingers Crossed is a party game for picking someone at random. It's meant for fun decisions, like who goes first or who picks the movie. Please don't use it for anything important, anything involving money, or anything you wouldn't leave to chance.
Play with the device lying flat on a table or held steady, and be gentle with the screen. You're responsible for your device, and we're not liable for damage to it or anything around it while you play.
The free chooser and the unlock
The Application is free to play. Each day, one chooser is free to play as much as you like, and a different one becomes free the next day (at midnight on your device). Other choosers show a preview.
An optional, one-time purchase unlocks every chooser on every day, plus Shuffle. The price is shown in the Application before you buy.
- Billing. Payment is charged once to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
- Restoring. Use Restore purchase in the Application's settings to unlock everything again on another device signed in to the same store account, or after reinstalling.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
We may add, change or retire choosers over time. If we ever retire one, the unlock still includes every chooser in the Application.
Our content
The Application and everything in it, including its art, characters, sounds and code, belong to BossGo Games LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use the Application for your own personal, non-commercial fun.
No warranty
The Application is provided "as is". We work to keep it running well, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, BossGo Games LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application, or from any decision made with it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. Continuing to use the Application means you accept the updated terms.
